We carry out Gas Safety Inspections for householders, landlords (a legal requirement for landlords to have gas safety checks every 12 months for all rented property, and a copy issued to the tenants within 2 weeks). Also safety checks are frequently asked for by house purchasers in order to avoid unpleasant surprises when defects are found. Gas Safety Records and certificates issued (known sometimes as "CP12", after the reference number that CORGI use for their stationery).
